I've been building a new CalClassic scenery/AI install and found a reference to a "classic ship replacement file" for the entire world mentioned by Mike Stevens in a read me. This is the first I've heard of this file and the modern ships have always been an annoyance to me. Any idea of the file name and where it might be located?

Thanks Tom! I found it, but apparently I had misread the read me. I read it as a file to replace the new ships with older types, not just remove the newer ones. Oh well, it was an idea.
But I did download the telephone removal from the runways file. And thanks for instructions on how to do it manually on my existing file. I have a terrain.cfg file that came from AvSim Russia that puts cars on the roads with moving headlights at night (along with a couple of other files included to accomplish it). I wouldn't have wanted to lose that effect.

Thanks Tom! It'll help with my new Classic install. There's been so much new stuff since the last time I did this.
And once I'm done (fat chance), I get to start it all over again, but in FSX SE.

Ah, you are bi-simulated (sort of like bi-coastal).

If you figure in Golden Wings for my late '30s fix, tri-simulated lol
