While backdating my navaids it came to my attention again that the Roanoke scenery is back to front. I noticed this a few years ago when I flew into the airport and when you compare the modified airport in AFCAD to even the current airport you can see that it is 180 degrees out.
Is there any way that the scenery can be "flipped" so that it reads correctly?

Whoa you are so right. I didn't create this scenery but I'm using it.
I can't believe I missed this, and it needs to get fixed. I'll re-do KROA from scratch and add it to the Piedmont scenery.
What is the ethical thing to with library objects created for the original KROA? Should I get permission from the designer to use them in an updated version? I'd certainly like to, but sometimes people are hard to contact. If necessary I'll do my own...I'm just not good at 3d object building.
Advice appreciated.

Yes,the ethical thing is to contact the original author. If he doesn't respond, then release it giving him full credit for the objects.
