Dave, I have spent the past two days researching every source I can think of for the color scheme for RA. I found a couple of planes that were used by RA but from other airlines. Nothing with the RA logo or name.
I'm beginning to think no one ever took a color photo of the birds.

I wouldn't swear to it but I believe Resort was simply a medium red and white scheme but I've never seen California Eastern unless it's the familiar red, white , and blue.

Dave: In 1953 I flew on a Resort Airlines charter flight from Oakland, Ca. to Washington D.C., I recall that the colors were green, white and silver (polished alum). Hope this is of some assistance. Best regards, Jess

Dave: Forgot to mention in above post the plane I was on was a DC3 military charter. Jess

Hi Dave,
According to two drawings in Peter J. Marson's twin volume monograph/production list "The Lockheed Constellation" (publ. Air-Britain, 2007) Resort Airlines' Super Connies had a white and green livery, and California Eastern's Super Connie(s) a white and blue livery.
