Automobiles Ettore Bugatti was a French car manufacturer of high-performance automobiles, founded in 1909 in the then-German city of Molsheim, Alsace by the Italian-born industrial designer Ettore Bugatti. The cars were known for their design beauty and for their many race victories. Famous Bugattis include the Type 35 Grand Prix car and Type 57 Atlantique. Both are shown here in front of Bugatti's estate at Molsheim. This scenery is part of Lionheart Bugatti Adventures. The Bugatti Type 57 and later variants - including the famous Atlantique - was an entirely new design created by Jean Bugatti, son of founder Ettore. Type 57s were built from 1934 through 1940, with a total of 710 examples produced. A rediscovered Type 57 sold for 3.4 million euros at auction in 2009 at a motor show in Paris. In the 1930s, Ettore Bugatti got involved in the creation of a racer airplane, hoping to beat the Germans in the Deutsch de la Meurthe prize. This would be the Bugatti 100P. However, it never flew. Luckily, Lionheart did it flyable and is part of the said package. A really outstanding and esthetic plane! Bernard

Your scenery looks amazing.. Is it how it actually looks, or have you modded the picture?

Bugatti's estate looks more or less to what is still there. Whereas I could't found any information about a "Molsheim airfield". I presume it's purely fictious and just invented by Lionheart. As the German WWII Komet base included in the same package.
Maybe I will add some other aircraft like the Caudron, one of the competitors at the "Coupe Deutsch de la Meurtheā€¯ air race. During several years this competition was held at French Etampes airport.
