It's written below "Lockheed C-69 Constellation". If I had to hazard a guess I'd say it's a C-69 (military designation for the L-049 in WWII) reconverted for civilian use after the war and obviously sold to TWA for passenger service.

"Star of Switzerland" It was built as a C69 for the USAAF in 1945, sold later to TWA as an L049, passed on to several operators, among them Las Vegas Hacienda, Standard Airways and McCulloch. The picture looks like an early shot taken at Pima Air Museum in Tucson, Arizona where it remains on display to this day.
