The Italian abbey of Monte Cassino is part of small scenery named "LIRH Aquino" and placed on a rocky hill about 80 miles southeast of Rome. It remains in memory due to its strategic position during World War II. The Battle for Rome and the Battle for Cassino was a costly series of four assaults by the Allies against the Winter Line in Italy held by Axis forces during the Italian Campaign. Also sad that the Allies decided to bomb the abbey, which was then occupied and used as a base by the Axis troops. Lack of intelligence (i.e. info) lead to the wrong decision. The fog of war...

Very nice. As WWII buff, I like to install scenery like this.
I couldn't locate the scenery at Flightsim.com using several key words. Do you have a link?
