Hi, I'm starting a new thread for the L-1049G release; the old thread is closed. Just finished downloading from flightsim.com and going to check it out. www.flightsim.com/kdl.php?fid=134676Thanks Manfred!

Got it, 10 minute download @ FlightSim. I'll need to re-write a master list for the re-paints since the model designation changed from the paintkit(flying) and template kit. All that you will need to do is copy and paste into the release version. I'll leave a post once its done later in the day. Thanks to Manfred and team for this lovely creation.

Loaded it up - seems to work great. Thanks to Manfred and the entire team. Only thing I see so far is that the taxi light on the nose gear does not throw a light splash on the tarmac? Now I get to go to work... Thanks again,

What a Plane! Wow! Thanks to you all and sorry about the impatients, just before release. Have taken her for a short flight and can only say one thing WOW!!!
Did all the nessesary fixings before installing, you know changing sound file, the number on the normalizer_starter_torgue. ...But the only one I can't find is the vc panel.cfg to change the numbers of the eyepoint? I've looked in aircraft.cfg and panel.cfg and I can't find it. Ok! I found it and changed it!!! Now the only thing I'm missing is effects, my flame effects aren't showing.
Great Job! ;D

What a great work people. Took her off for a spin and have yet to land her... a great plane. Only little problem I've met... the lower simicons on the 2D panel overlap partially on the gear handle and a little attention must be paid not to drop the gear in flight. Beside this ( small problem anyway), it's a keeper. A MUST have.

My congratulations to the Team for this remarkable release.
I am having a small problem, despite reading through all the documentation I cannot seem to bring up the Engine Status panel. That is the one listed in the documentation as indicating by colours when rpm should be reduced.

Re Status panel, problem solved, I should read what the instructions actually say rather than what I think they say. When I right click on the Checklist icon the panel appears as advertised. I'm off flying again.
