I think this might me my final version of a rearranged CV-240/340/440 vc panel. I've modified the stock panel texture texture by removing the painted on weather radar, changing the center section of the instrument panel, and brightened the illumination effect for the ADI, Prop Auto-feather, and Prop Reverse indicator lights. I did not attempt to place the supercharger switches as there are reports of the manual supercharger not working or not working properly, so I'll leave that operation as an automatic function of the sim.

Tom --
I was moving over the weekend and apparently missed the updates. Can you direct me to where they are?

Hi Marc, They are on my Convair 240/340 page, and on my Martin 202/404 page. Head for the main CalClassic web site (link just above the top thread header (blue bar). Glad to help with the 440 - it was always such an orphan and ended up causing more trouble for me anyway. Hope this helps,

Hi Tom,
I'm having a problem downloading the Convair updates. My firewall stops it; says there's a trojan, called netz lurking in there. I had no problem with the DC-6A&B, CV-580, or the Martins.
Reguards,

Hi,
This is not unusual. Unfortunately many exe installer packages have fooled anti-virus programs before. Not much you can do except allow it to come through...

Hi again, Just to put my mind at ease I downloaded the CV-340 and scanned it with an up to date McAfee virus scan. Nothing found. Hope this helps,

Just downloaded all the Convairs without further interferance from my firewall. Strange are the ways of Windows.
The livery guide is really a great idea.

Glad to hear you downloaded them OK.
Thanks for the kind words about the Livery Guide; it will become a standard part of CC aircraft downloads (it's also in the DC-6's and DC-6A/B's).

Hi, Getting the updated VC together. Combined Edd's new VC textures I've further modified with stansdds' new gauge layout. I've mostly used the gauges that are already in the 2D panel though. Here's how it looking so far: Coming soon...

Tom,
While you guys are at it, would it be possible to add the anti-icing panel controls? I have a couple of photos of the 240's controls (they're on the right side panel) and they are the same on the 340/440 & 580. They're not suitable for actual use on the panels, but they should be a good guide on where everything is and what kind of controls they have.
