Looks like time to make a little room in the hanger.
Any plans for a 600?

@ capflyer: Nothing can be added. Thank you Hans I try on occasion.... BTW, any chance you guys are planning a "Barn Door" freighter version of the T-29/CV-240 (or more accurately, the CV-240-27)? I have pictures if you'd like of N99380 and N150PA which are both converted VT-29B's.

"Reloaded" is commonly used in the movie biz to describe sequels of an original movie: Thanks, Tom, a new one on me but I guess you could class it as language difference between US and UK. Or maybe I don't go to the flicks often enough. Looking forward to watching progress on this. Not that it is likely to affect my decision, but is this a commercial or free product? I don't think it has been said. John

Thanks for mentioning them. Not that it is likely to affect my decision, but is this a commercial or free product? I don't think it has been said. John @john: Seems you haven’t noticed VIRTUAL BIRDS FACTORY all the years. Of course our packages are all freeware and will be released at flightsim.com and AVSIM.com soon. Sorry we didn't made this clear. Hans BTW: Tom Gibson never would give his files for a payware product.

I'm glad this announcement has finally been made. The last few months I felt rather guilty having to hide all of this from you guys. ^^;
And without giving away any details, I can already tell you there will be a very wide range of liveries available... ;D

I shall go looking right now, perhaps you will have other things there to tickle my fancy. Best wishes, John

VBF previously released a whole series of texture sets, predominantly for the Constellation, York, DC-4, DC-6 and FAA marker birds. You can find the textures on both Avsim and Flightsim, though. I'm sure you've encountered them before.

Looks great! Did I miss what version of FlightSim this is for? Hi cptdail, because we are so familiar with our User Manual created for the prepared base packs we forgot to tell about that subject. As most of the classic Propliner also the Convair CV-240 VBF reloaded will be offered for FS2004. Hans

G'Day All
I agree with every one else, the new 240 will be most wellcome. The only down side is what about my treasured repaints and model updates ?. I suppose that as they can never all be seen side by side no one will notice and I can keep both models. It's a lot to ask for someone to re do all those Mohawk , Trans Texas and TAA schemes etc. and at the risk of sounding pedantic, can I assume there will still be the excellent Cal Classics V.C. ?.
