It will FSX only (for the moment), and freeware.

Same here. Will console myself with the MAAM. Nicest way to console myself.

Oh man...this FSX only stuff is getting old. Believe me I know why...just dont like it. I still would honestly rather fly with FS9 as it just seems to run a whole hell of a lot better no matter what kind of hardware you have. Oh and I HATE all those skinny poplar trees in FSX!!!! Still awesome work Manfred....you deserve the praise. Someday I'll be flying it in FSX I guess.

"For the moment", that's the operative word. If things work out as planned there will be an FS9 version "based on" the FSX version, using common (albeit half-size) texture sheets.

Various appendages (note the nose-ring if you please) plus a first attempt at creating a true 3d spinning prop disc, but don't know yet whether this will pan out eventually.

We have got some cockpit interior walls and cockpit and cabin windows, also a nicely blurred prop disc that doesn't interfere with the clouds or cast a shadow. Now for a pilot figure and the animations. qar02 - a VC-less Beta model by xmas may be possible, perhaps including a paintkit. Meanwhile, the Just Flight FSX DC-3 has been released, and very good it looks too. I haven't got my copy yet but look forward to a walkaround.
